The Swedish Institute is a public agency tasked with promoting interest and trust in Sweden around the world.
The project
Develop content to to be used by Team Sweden organisations to communicate Sweden's unique position as a trade and investment partner in specific industry areas.
The challenge
This wasn't just writing, it was solving a complex communications and content puzzle:
- The content would be used by a complex mix of Team Sweden organisations to engage with different target audiences
- Each industry area needed a clear story and key messages, all backed up by facts and policy
- This was the first ever attempt at unifying content and messages for Team Sweden actors
The solution
- Iterative working process with the project team to map content tools and requirements, identifying how different content elements would be used and by which actors
- Developed and wrote key messages, value propositions, speaking points, and narratives for each industry area
- Worked with Team Sweden stakeholders to incorporate positioning and feedback
- Collaborated with the client's design agency to build the visual framework
The result
Industry specific content packs delivered for use by Swedish embassies and consulates globally, Business Sweden's global offices, Swedish Institute staff, and other Team Sweden actors.
Each pack includes content tools for internal and external use:
- Industry specific value proposition and key messages
- Overview document demonstrating Sweden and Swedish companies' impact and value to the industry
- Explainer video for use at events and in social media
- In-depth PowerPoint presentation telling the story of the global context, Sweden's credentials as a trade and invest partner, and industry specific drivers and innovations
- Speaking points to to support presentations, media interviews, stakeholder engagement during client meetings, or to build social media posts
- Company directory providing an overview of Swedish and international companies operating within the specific Swedish ecosystem
